01 Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, requesting a quote, or using the Sunny Graphics website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order or use this website.
02 Orders & Quotations
Orders may be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or in person at our studio. Quotations provided are estimates based on the specifications you share at the time and may be revised if the final design, paper stock, finish, or quantity changes.
- An order is confirmed only once specifications, quantity, and price have been agreed upon by both parties.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that contains unlawful, offensive, or copyright-infringing content.
- For bulk or custom packaging orders, a written or WhatsApp confirmation of specifications is required before production begins.
03 Artwork & Print-Ready Files
You are responsible for providing artwork files (for business cards, brochures, letterheads, flyers, stamps, or packaging) in the format requested by our design team, or for approving any design our team prepares on your behalf.
- Customer-supplied files: We are not responsible for spelling errors, low-resolution images, or incorrect colour codes present in files you supply, unless our team specifically flags and you choose to proceed anyway.
- In-house design: If our team designs the artwork for you, you must review and approve the final layout before it goes to print.
- We recommend submitting artwork in CMYK colour mode and at print resolution (300 DPI or higher) to ensure best results.
04 Proofs & Approval
For most orders, a digital proof (soft copy) will be shared with you for approval before printing begins.
Once you approve a proof, Sunny Graphics is not liable for errors (spelling, layout, colour, or sizing) that were present in the approved file. Please review proofs carefully before confirming.
If no response is received on a shared proof within a reasonable time, we may follow up via WhatsApp or phone before delaying production further.
05 Pricing & Payment
Prices listed on our website or quoted to you are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be updated without prior notice due to changes in material or production costs. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the time of order placement.

06 Production Time & Delivery
Standard production timelines vary depending on the product and finishing required (e.g. foiling, embossing, die-cutting). Estimated timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Rush or same-day orders, where available, may be subject to additional charges.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and reachable delivery address and phone number.
07 Cancellations & Order Changes
Because most of our products are custom-printed to your specifications, cancellation policies are as follows:
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production has started.
- Once an order has entered production (printing, cutting, or finishing has begun), it cannot be cancelled, as materials and labour have already been committed.
- Requests to change quantity, paper stock, or design after proof approval may incur additional charges or delay delivery.
08 Quality, Colour & Print Tolerance
We aim for the highest quality in every print run, but please note the following industry-standard tolerances:
- Colour variation: Minor colour differences between your screen display and the final printed product are normal and expected due to differences between digital (RGB) and print (CMYK) colour profiles.
- Cutting tolerance: A slight variation (typically within 1–2mm) in trimming/cutting size is considered within acceptable industry standard.
- Quantity tolerance: For large print runs, a variance of a small percentage above or below the ordered quantity may occur and is considered acceptable.
09 Returns, Refunds & Reprints
As our products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been produced, except in the following cases:
- The delivered product has a genuine production defect (e.g. major misprint, damaged stock) not caused by the approved artwork or customer error.
- The wrong product or quantity was delivered due to our error.
In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a reprint or appropriate resolution at our discretion. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
10 Intellectual Property & Content Responsibility
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, images, text, or branded content you provide to us for printing. Sunny Graphics is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from content supplied by the customer.
Designs created in-house by our team for your order remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing, though you retain the right to use the finished printed product for its intended business purpose.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunny Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or goodwill resulting from printed materials, delays in delivery, or third-party courier issues.
12 Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website's functionality, copy our content or product designs for commercial use without permission, or use the site to submit fraudulent orders.
13 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
14 Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing structure, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
